Building Overview BRDG

The 110,000-square-foot LEED Gold BRDG building is home to global Ag industry leaders: KWS (Germany), Allied Blending, CTC (Brazil), Valent Biosciences (U.S.) as well as, early and mid-stage startups: NewLeaf Symbiotics, Pivot Bio, Covercress, RNAissanceAg and Impossible Sensing. Also located in BRDG is the St. Louis Community College Center for Plant and Life Sciences lab technician training program which has been grooming a skilled workforce for BRDG Park and St. Louis area life science companies for many years

The BRDG building was designed to be able to adapt to the diversity of scientific research needs of our tenants. We can customize wet labs, dry labs and office space to meet your specialized life science, plant science, ag tech or clean tech needs.

BRDG features enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all common areas and stairwells; entry and exit door designation; increased outside air circulation; self-cleaning surfaces in common areas; and additional hand sanitizers located through the building.
